The service

Set2Go is a site safety administration tool. Companies use it to invite people, run an induction from their own PowerPoint, and record QR check-in. It is not a statutory WHS system. It does not replace your duties under work health and safety law, and it is not legal, safety, or compliance advice.

You remain responsible for the induction content you upload, for who you invite, and for how you use the records. A certificate or a check-in time is an administration record of what happened in Set2Go.

Accounts

The person who creates a company is the first company admin. Workers join by invite. You must give accurate contact details and keep your password and check-in PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Trial and price

New companies can start a 14-day free trial of Starter. No card is required to start, and there is no lock-in contract. During the trial you can use up to 3 active sites and unlimited workers. After the trial, the workspace continues on Free if it is within Free limits: 1 active site and up to 10 workers, with induction and QR check-in. If you are over those limits, or you want Starter, you will be asked to upgrade. Existing sites and workers stay available.

Starter is A$79 per month including GST for up to 3 active sites and unlimited workers. Extra active sites are A$25 per site per month including GST, and the yearly option is A$790 including GST. The first 10 companies may take the founding offer: A$49 per month including GST, locked for 12 months, plus a one-time conversion of their existing PowerPoint induction. Each founding company counts against those 10 places.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We can change prices for new billing periods by telling you first. The founding price stays as offered for those 12 months. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund a period already paid, except where Australian Consumer Law requires it. Cancelling a paid plan returns the workspace to Free, within Free limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the inductions, site rules, and other material you upload. You give us permission to host and display that material so we can provide Set2Go to your workspace. You must have the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into another workspace, no uploading of unlawful content, and no interference with other customers. We may suspend access if we need to protect the service or another customer, and we will tell you when we reasonably can.

Availability

We aim to keep Set2Go available, including an offline queue for check-in when a phone has no signal. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, a supplier outage, or loss of signal at a site can interrupt it. Check-ins made offline sync when the device is back online and signed in.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a claim about Set2Go is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply, or to the fees you paid us for Set2Go in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater where a guarantee applies.

We are not liable for decisions you make from the records, for the content of your induction, or for a workplace incident. Set2Go does not supervise a site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland, and the courts that hear appeals from them, have jurisdiction.
