No site required

A company induction is not tied to one site. The worker does it once. That pass counts across the company, and at every site if you add sites later and those sites require it. Site-specific inductions still apply only at the site they belong to. Running a site as well?     The deck you already use becomes the induction. Workers view each slide, then the quiz unlocks.

    Invite every new starter

    Trades, cleaners, labour hire — send an invite. They finish it once. The result stays on their record.

Current, expiring, or expired

Set how long a pass lasts — 12 months is typical, and you can change it per induction. The records view shows current, expiring soon, or expired, with the quiz score and the date. When a pass is about to expire, or has expired, the worker gets an email so they can redo it.
